Scholarships

Kyoto International University (KIU) offers scholarships in order to encourage academic excellence and to give students who have a financial need an opportunity to acquire a university education. Students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement will also be considered for scholarships.

Academic Scholarships

KIU students are recognized and rewarded for their sustained academic achievements. For example, standardized tests (i.e., SAT – Math/Critical Reasoning), coupled with grade point average, help qualify students for renewable academic-based financial aid (terms and conditions apply).

KIU students may qualify for a Japan Finance Corporation educational loan of up to JPY3 million.
