What to do in order to apply for a position with us
- Pray for wisdom and guidance from the Holy Spirit. We are in need of Christian workers who have the conviction that they are called to work with us. As mentioned above, while we are not a missionary organization, we are conducting ministry through education, so a “missionary mindset” is important. At the same time, it would be good to keep in mind that Japan has been called a “graveyard for missionary workers.” From experience, we can state that the challenges may appear overwhelming at times, yet the blessings are indeed numerous.

- When we have received your documents, we will begin with the interviewing process which will include an interview with the principal of KIU Academy. If it is the Lord’s will, we will then enter the actual hiring stage of the process (this includes a confirmation by the KIU Board of Directors).
