Recognition and Affiliation

Recognition

In April 2003, KIU was recognized as a non-profit school "Kakushu-gakkou" by the Kyoto prefectural government. Currently, the high school is have in this recognition. Steps are being taken to include the elementary and Middle School included as well.

Affiliation

Since 2000, KIU Academy has been a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Accreditation

Plans are being made to receive accreditation through organizations recognized in Japan.
